At PowerUp Conditioning, we provide our clients with a variety of coaching options to suit various needs. We offer generalized budget-friendly memberships as well as personalized programs to meet your specific goals.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS
* Macro coaching check-in frequency depends on what membership you purchase and not all coaching includes reverse dieting. Please refer to "Goals Targeted" to ensure your goals match which membership you decide on.
** The memberships have different levels of discounts for a variety of challenges and events offered by PowerUp.
Conditions apply as not all events and challenges are included. Further details are provided in the membership descriptions.
*** PowerUp offers LIVE Zoom workouts on a regular basis throughout the year. When these LIVE workouts are advertised, those specified above will have an opportunity to participate for free.
** ALL Members get exclusive access to "Behind the Scenes" **
As a PowerUp Member you will have exclusive access to behind the scenes with Jodilynn Online while she records her YouTube Workouts. Announcements will be made in the PowerUp Group Chat as to when these will be available. If you are available at the time she is recording, you can do the workout LIVE with her prior to it being published on her YouTube page. This is a fun extra to the membership if this is something you like to do.
