Jodilynn has always been inspired by movement and her favourite way to burn extra calories is by creating workouts that involve dancing and connecting with her adventurous, wild side. She wants to be able to show you how to get fit while having fun doing it, and the only way to do this, is by letting go, not caring what you look like, and learning how to love yourself through movement.

This is why the self love challenge was created.

Jodilynn can always be accessible via email; however, during the challenge you can always send a direct message in the group chat, and the will respond appropriately.

Calendar

STAY ON TRACK

All your video workouts will be scheduled in the app. It has a calendar view, so you can see your overall workout schedule. The app will track your workout history and monitor your workout streaks with the progress tracker. This app can be used from anywhere as long as you have access to wifi/data. We understand everyone has different schedules so the calendar can be re arranged for your convenience.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You will be recognized within the app when you make personal accomplishments throughout the challenge. You will receive reminders and messages about how amazing your doing in order to help keep you stay motivated the entire time.

Share your experiences, stay motivated and be accountable with all the other PowerUp Challengers! You can share recipes, tips, tricks, and whatever else you feel. Jodilynn will be there to encourage the engagement.

The app gives you an opportunity to track all your progress whenever you wish. Jodilynn encourages weekly photos and weigh ins; however, this is not mandatory. All tracked personal information is private and ONLY your trainer will have access to see it.

Questions & Answers

Does this challenge provide a complete meal plan?

This challenge does not provide a meal plan; however, the community group will be interactive with sharing meals and nutrition ideas.

Does the app have a tutorial?

Upon sign up, you will immediately receive an email with the link to sign up for the app. Please refer to the descriptions above to determine when you will receive access and when your challenge begins. PowerUp always provides access before the challenge starts to allow time for setup and orientation. Please check your spam, or promotions folders for the email. It will provide a link for the set up and please follow the instructions. The app will guide you through the initial steps once you log in and you can become familiar with it. The app is user friendly, but at anytime, contact Jodilynn and she will assist you with your questions.

How many workouts are included and are modified exercises available?

Every week you will have 1 video workout (learning a lap dance) in addition to 2 booty workouts (total of 3 days a week). As an extra, Jodilynn has added a 3rd booty workout for you, incase you wanted to work that booty more (total of 4 days a week). The workouts are accessible in the app and if an exercise does not work for you, the app offers the ability to modify exercises. There will be lots of variety during these workouts so do not get discouraged. Progress comes over time and they always say, do what you can as something is better than nothing.

How often do I check in?

Upon sign up, you will see within your calendar scheduled check-in dates; however, these are NOT mandatory, it is just a great tool to see where you start and end the challenge. There is an opportunity to track your, weight, photos, measurements, body fat % and much more.

After the challenge is over, do I get to keep the workouts?

During the challenge you have access to the workouts and can complete them at anytime; however, once the challenge is over your subscription will expire and you will no longer have access.
