Personal Training Sessions IN STUDIO

These sessions will take place in studio only.

Cancellation Policy

ALL TRAINING: All waivers MUST be completed prior to attending your workout so we can take all precautions for transmission. PowerUp will be keeping all paperwork virtual to minimize contact points. You must register 24 hours in advance for your workout. Any cancellations within 24 hours of a workout will result in a lost session. Same with "No Shows" No refunds once purchased, all sales are final. OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS: You can register in advance for any workout session; however, registration will close 24 hours prior to the workout start time. To sign up for your workouts, go to the PowerUp Conditioning website under In person training and ensure that you receive a confirmation email once you book your workout. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email powerupconditioning@gmail.com so the problem can be addressed. *WAITLIST* There will be a waitlist of up to 6 participants. If a spot comes open, you will receive a notification and will have 15 minutes to confirm before it goes to the next on the list. IN PERSON TRAINING: PowerUp Conditioning would like to provide you with the utmost customer service so we hope this will not apply; however, we understand commitment is difficult for some. There will be a 6 month expiration period for PT Packages (excluding 1 PT). If you decide after purchasing a package for PT and completed 1 session with PowerUp, your purchase amount will be refunded minus the session used and a $20.00 administration fee. You must cancel your reserved spot 24 hours prior for your PT session or else the FULL amount will be charged.
