This program is designed for intermediates who are looking to improve their strength and muscle development. The program is 4 weeks long and the focus is on a push and pull split. Dumbbels and Barbells are required for this program. Cardio equipment is neccessary; however, it can be supplemented with outdoor cardio as well.
This program will include:
- Calendar layout provided for your daily workouts
- Warm up and Cool down suggestions
- Optimal stength and muscle development exercises
- 4-5 days a week of conditioning for 4 weeks which includes cardio
- Upon purchase a PDF file will be sent for download with the workouts to complete on your own time
- There will be URL links to demonstrate the exercises for each workout
