This program is designed for intermediates who are looking to improve their strength and muscle development. The program is 4 weeks long and the focus is on a push and pull split. Dumbbels and Barbells are required for this program. Cardio equipment is neccessary; however, it can be supplemented with outdoor cardio as well.

- Calendar layout for your daily workouts
- Warm up and Cool down suggestions
- Optimal stength and muscle development exercises
