This program is designed for beginners and intermediates who are looking to improve their overall fitness while staying home. The program is 4 weeks long and each workout offers movements that can be modified to suit most fitness levels. Equipment is NOT required for this program. Cardio is included; however, it can be completed outdoors, or on machines if that is available to you.
This program will include:
- Calendar layout for your weekly workouts
- Warm up and Cool down suggestions
- Various exercises that can be modified to your own fitness level
- 4-5 days a week of conditioning for 4 weeks which includes your cardio
- Upon purchase a PDF file will be sent for download with the workouts to complete on your own time. This program does NOT provide access to the PowerUp App like the challenges.
- There will be URL links to demonstrate the exercises for each workout
