Our group training sessions are designed to motivate you, create a synergy with the rest of the PowerUp Community and dive into the deep waters of fitness. You will develop new relationships with those who share similar interests and habits along with providing an encouraging environment with those around you. You will receive the following benefits from Group Training: obtain the highest level of energy exchange with your classmates, an exciting and fun atmosphere with a new experience each time, all the while burning the maximal amount of calories in a short period of time.
