With zero equipment and in only 30 minutes, Nick and Jodi will guide you step by step, sweat, and motivate you through all your workouts.

Each time you do a workout, you will gain confidence, burn fat, build muscle, and progressively lose weight.

Your energy levels will reach new highs while your smiles will tell no lies.

No equipment is required, all you need to do is press play and move your body with Nick and Jodi.

All your video workouts will be scheduled in the app. It has a calendar view, so you can see your overall workout schedule. The app will track your workout history and monitor your workout streaks with the progress tracker. This app can be used from anywhere as long as you have access to wifi/data. We understand everyone has different schedules so the calendar can be re arranged for your convenience.

You will be recognized within the app when you make personal accomplishments throughout the 60 days. You will receive reminders and messages about how amazing your doing in order to help keep you stay motivated the entire time.

Nick and Jodilynn will always be accessible through the app for support. At any point in your training if you need assistance.This is your opportunity to get direct guidance from your trainer for an affordable price.

Share your experiences, stay motivated and be accountable with all the other PowerUp Challengers! You can share recipes, tips, tricks, and whatever else you feel. Nick and Jodilynn will be there to encourage the engagement.

The app gives you an opportunity to track all your progress whenever you wish. Nick and Jodi encourage weekly photos and weigh ins; however, this is not mandatory. All tracked personal information is private and ONLY your trainer will have access to see it.

Different fitness levels... No Problem!

This challenge covers ALL fitness levels, from starter (never worked out before) all the way to athlete. Nick and Jodilynn will transform with you while you workout with them during this 60 days. Modified movements will always be an option to match to your level of fitness.

Each workout is bodyweight only, with a structured workout calendar, so you can sustain the pace for the entire challenge. (Workouts that will be covered: cardio,  core, muscle conditioning, kickboxing, and so much more).

All workouts can be done on your own time and can be done anywhere, as long as you can access the app through wifi or data.

The challenge will keep you motivated and always guessing what's next. Nick and Jodilynn will be sweating and encouraging every step of the way, and building your body confidence like you've never had before. 

Questions & Answers

Does this challenge provide a complete meal plan?

This challenge does not provide a detailed meal plan as Nick and Jodilynn are not registered dietitians. There is a community group where we encourage everyone to share their own recipe hacks, but this challenge will not have a nutrition portion.

Does the app have a tutorial?

Your trainer will send you an email with the link for the app closer to the challenge start date. When you click on the link, it will provide you with the app that you must download in order to complete the challenge. The app will guide you through the initial steps once you log in and you can become familiar with it. The app is user friendly, but at anytime, contact Nick and Jodilynn and they will assist you with your questions.

How many workouts are included and are modified exercises available?

The workouts are accessible in the app and if an exercise does not work for you, Nick or Jodilynn will offer modifications during the workout. There will be lots of variety during this 60 days so do not get discouraged. Progress comes over time and they always say, do what you can and something is better than nothing.

How often do I check in?

Upon sign up, you will see within your calendar scheduled check-in dates; however, these are NOT mandatory, it is just a great tool to see where you started and where you end the challenge. There is an opportunity to track your, weight, photos, measurements, body fat % and much more.

After the challenge is over, do I get to keep the workouts?

During the challenge you have access to the workouts and can complete them at anytime; however, once the challenge is over your subscription will expire.

What happens once I sign up?

You will receive a document to download regarding what to do next. It is important to READ the document carefully and follow the steps, so you have a stress free beginning to your challenge. This is the exciting part, the anticipation for your challenge to start! Our goal is to change your lifestyle, not just your routine for these 60 days, but make a bigger impact on you to continue on your journey afterwards. The sooner you decide to live a healthier lifestyle, the faster you accomplish your goals and create positive change for yourself.
